In an effort to improve user experience, we have added some filters that allow you to narrow the API log results or to search for specific logs. The added filters are:
- Target area of the log

Status Code returned
- Date Range
- Case ID (Estimate field)
- Search by text
Go to Admin --> External Interface Logs and filter log results with only one of the following four options:
Search by Target section of the logs
- select Target drop-down to search a section of the log or leave set to None - if left to None, all logs will be returned in the search

in the Search by field, enter a term
- click the Search button
Search by Status Code returned in the logs
- select a status code in the drop-down list
- click the Search button
Search by Date Range
- select a date in the Date From field by clicking on the calendar
- select a date in the Date To field by clicking in the calendar
- click the Search button
Search by Case ID
- enter the Case ID in the Estimate field
- click the Search button
Note: Only cases that have the Case ID in the header will be found using this method.
