The Maintenance Reports page lists any maintenance reports that have been triggered based off maintenance schedules.
To view your maintenance reports:
- From the Portal, select your location.
- From the menu bar, select Admin.
- From the Administrative Tools list, click on Maintenance Report.
The Maintenance Reports page lists the following information for overdue maintenance items:
- Unit #
- Depot Name
- Operation Due
- Due Date
- Trigger criteria
Sort and Filter By Column
The columns for the Unit #, Depot Name, Operation, Due Date, and Triggers can all be filtered as is possible on the Cases page. For instructions on how to sort and filter columns, see: Configure Your Case Fleet View.
