Start Watching a Case If you are not involved in a case or need to reassign it to another users, but you still want to receive updates on it, you can use the WATCH button to generate notifications when any changes occur to the case. The notifications you receive depend on your notification preferences. See also: Set Up Your Dashboard Notifications When you watch a case, you'll also see those cases within the Watching column on the Cases page. From the Cases Page If you're on the Cases page, and see a case you want to start watching, you can start watching it right from there. To do so, however, you need to first make sure you have the WATCH column added to your table. Click the Settings icon for the table. Select the Watch checkbox. Move the column up so it's easily accessible.We recommend putting it at the top, so the column appears in the far right. Click SAVE CHANGES. From the WATCH column, click the icon to toggle between watching and not watching the related case. The page will refresh, and the button will update to indicate if you're watching the case. Blue with white for Watching White with grey for Not Watching From an Editing Case Page If you're already looking at a case and editing it, it's easy to start watching it. On the Editing Case page, you'll see one of two options: WATCH button to the far left of the Case Number.If you see this, click WATCH to start watching the case. NOT WATCHING dropdown next to the Case Number.If you see this, click the Not Watching dropdown, then select Watching to start watching the case. The page will refresh, and the button will update to indicate you're now watching the case. Stop Watching If you're already watching the case, you'll see one of two buttons: STOP WATCHINGTo the far left of the Case Number.If you see this, click STOP WATCHING to start watching the case. WATCHINGNext to the Case Number.If you see this, click the Watching dropdown, then select Not Watching to start watching the case.
