Auto-Close from DSI to Decisiv

The Auto-Close enhancement for DSI integrations allows you to attach the invoice pdf copy into the case automatically. 

This process is carried during the Auto-Close function from DSI and is not controlled from the Decisiv Platform.

Integration Setup Requirements

This enhancement will require you to request the functionality to be enabled from DSI Support. Upon confirmation, DSI will enable the setup of this feature on DSI.
