Overview
The Expert Technician Support integration lets you open a TRITECH support case directly from the Edit Operation page. You can submit a case without leaving the application — relevant operational details are automatically passed to the form, and everything is handled in a single workflow.
Who Can Use This Feature
Any user who can access the Edit Operation page at a location with the TRITECH integration can initiate a support case.
Opening a Support Case
- Open the operation you need help with.
- In the Operation Info section, locate the TRITECH row.
- Select Contact Support.
- A modal opens with the TRITECH support form. Operation details are pre-populated where applicable.
- Complete any additional fields required by the form.
- Submit the case from within the modal.
You do not need to navigate away from the operation or open a separate tab.
Notes
- Submitted cases are managed within the TRITECH system. For case status and follow-up, refer to your TRITECH support contact.
