How to locate and use it?

From the Legacy Ops Table

In the Find Operation box, search “3-Minute Phillips DOT Multi-Point Back-of-Cab Inspection” and click the Find Operation button. Any portion of the operation name can be used to find your new inspection.. I.e., Phillips, 3-Minute, Back of Cab, etc..

Click on the “3-Minute Phillips DOT Multi-Point Back-of-Cab Inspection” operation, then click Add Now.

From the Edit Operation screen, click the blue Forms tab along the top, followed by Do Inspection. In the main Case screen, the Do Inspection link next to the operation name can also be used to access the inspection. 

Once all fields have been answered, click Complete Inspection. 

From the New Ops Table

In the Operations Table, begin by selecting Source “All” or Source “Phillips”.

In the search bar, enter the Phillips operation “3-Minute Phillips DOT Multi-Point Back-of-Cab Inspection” and click Search. Any portion of the operation name can be used to find your new inspection.. I.e., Phillips, 3 Minute, back of cab, etc.

To add your inspection, click on the “3-Minute Phillips DOT Multi-Point Back-of-Cab Inspection” operation from the Search results. 

Click on the operation name if customization is needed on the Edit Operation screen. Or, click Do Inspection to begin the inspection.

Once all fields have been answered, click Complete Inspection.
