Users can view current and past case listings for local customers and fleets. The customer case list page can be accessed in two different ways:
From the All Cases Page
- On the All Cases screen, in the CUSTOMER column, click the Customer Name.
- On the Edit Customer page, under the CUSTOMER LINKS menu on the left, click Cases.
Any cases related to the customer will display in a table.
Depending on the number of cases, you may need to click the Previous and Next buttons or Page # buttons to the right of the table to view more cases related to the customer.
From the Search Page
- From the menu bar, click Search.
- From the CUSTOMER section of the Search page, use the dropdown to select which field to search by, then enter your search criteria for the customer.
- Click SEARCH.
- When the results display, click the Company Name of the customer.
The Asset List for that customer will display. - On the Asset List page, under the CUSTOMER LINKS menu on the left, click Cases. Any cases related to the customer will display in a table.
Depending on the number of cases, you may need to click the Previous and Next buttons or Page # buttons to the right of the table to view more cases related to the customer.
