Getting Around the ASIST Help Center

The ASIST Help Center is organized into categories, sections, and articles. Articles are grouped in sections, and sections are grouped in categories.

To get around, you can use search for topics or questions you're interested in or browse the category, section, and article names. 

You can also use breadcrumbs to navigate to a parent section or category or even to the Help Center home page. You may also use links to browse recently viewed articles, related articles, or promoted articles.

Finding Information

You can use search to find information in the ASIST Help Center. The search results are displayed in two columns, listing the knowledge base results.
