The Procede Customer Search feature is available for dealer locations integrated with Procede.
This feature allows users to pull customer information from Procede to the Case application to either add the customer to the Case application or update an existing customer in the Case application.
To enable it for your dealer location, make sure you meet the following prerequisites, then follow the instructions below.
For information on how to use the feature once installed: see also: Add Customers from Procede
NOTE: This feature does not synchronize the Customer data automatically between DMS and Decisiv. Users must search for the customer before the system can update it.

- Obtain the following credentials from them:
- Root URL
- Client ID
- Tenant ID
- Branch ID
- Subject_Type
- Subject
- Password
- Alternate Subject
Once you obtain this information, you can enable it in your location.
