Issue Fixed: CDK Asset Sync Log Errors
Prior to this release, some dealer locations with CDK Integration enabled were experiencing errors that were impeding the syncing of assets and capturing Asset Sync Logs.
This issue has been fixed, so users can now enjoy the benefits of using this integration, as expected.
Translated Default Email Templates
We’ve improved the user experience for our customers who do business in areas where French is the primary language by translating all of our default email templates to French.
This will ensure that customers whose first language is French can view a French version of the email notifications to help preserve the quality and status of the French language.

Added French Translations for Estimate PDFs
Along with translating email templates, we’ve also made it easier for Service Providers to communicate with their French-speaking customers by translating the estimate PDF files.
This will ensure that customers whose first language is French can view a French version of the estimate to help preserve the quality and status of the French language.
Improved Attachment Preview for Case Mobile
With this release, we improved the user experience for Case Mobile users by providing a way to preview a recently uploaded image, rename it, and add the required description for the items needed for repair.
NOTE: All images captured through Case Mobile will be added to the attachments view in the web version of Case.
