For the Case V8.47.0 Release, scheduled for September 25th, we have the following updates.

• Improved Asset Search | Asset Search on the main Search screen now returns results faster, especially when your search matches multiple assets.

Improved Asset Search

The Asset Search on the main Search screen now returns results faster, especially when your search matches multiple assets.

What's changed

When a search finds more than 1,000 assets, the platform no longer counts every match. The results summary shows "Over 1000 found" instead of an exact total:

• Displaying Dealer Assets 1 - 10 (Over 1000 found)
• Displaying Fleet Owned Assets 1 - 10 (Over 1000 found)

For these large searches, you can page through the first 1,000 results (up to 100 pages). To find a specific asset, try a more detailed search term, such as a full serial number or unit number.

What hasn't changed

• Searches with 1,000 results or fewer work the same as before, and still show the exact total and all pages.
• Asset searches on the Customer Assets page and in Calendar → New Appointment are unchanged.
