Issue Fixed: Unit Number Not Included in Case Export XML Files
Prior to this release, some Service Provider users who use DSI integration encountered issues when working with local customer cases where the Unit Number of an asset was not included in the case export XML file.
This issue has been resolved, and the Unit Number of an asset will be included in the XML file upon case export.
Case Intake Form Banner
With this release, we’ve made it easier for users who have the Case Intake Form enabled at their location to know which fields are required to move on with case creation.
The Case Intake Form Banner, which appears on the Editing Case page, will remind users that required fields are not completed, helping to ensure critical data is captured when it matters most.
