- Service Providers
- Unable to Remove Technician from Calendar Appointment
- Error Message When Attaching a .CSV File
- Filtering by Billing or Shipping Customer on All Cases/My Cases Results in Mismatched Data Display
- Unexpected Issue When Filtering the Watching Tab
- Unable to Save Changes to the Extended Attributes Section of the Edit Assets Page
- Unexpected Enabled Button on Mobile Inspections Page
Fleet Users
Issue Fixed: VMRS Coding Not Saved in Estimates
Some fleet users encountered errors when saving VMRS entries in estimates. Users can click a drop-down arrow next to each operation line, which reveals a VMRS coding icon. Clicking that icon displays a section where the fleet user can VMRS code the operation. However, after clicking SAVE, the system did not save the VMRS entries.
This issue has been fixed, and fleet users will be able to save the VMRS entries as expected.
Issue Fixed: Unexpected Line of Code in Service Request Summary
Some users encountered an issue after sending a service request to a dealer containing information in the “Address 1” or “Address 2” fields, which caused a line of code to be displayed in the Address field of the Service Location section.
This issue has been fixed, and the Address field will update as expected.
Service Providers
Issue Fixed: Unable to Remove Technician from Calendar Appointment
Previously when a service provider or broker removed the assigned technician from an appointment and clicked SAVE, the same technician remained assigned to that appointment.
Now when a service provider or broker removes the assigned technician from an appointment, it updates as expected, removing the previously assigned technician.

Issue Fixed: Error Message When Attaching a .CSV File
Previously when a provider, fleet, or broker user attempted to attach a .CSV file to a case, they would receive an error message indicating the file type wasn’t supported.
Now when the user attaches a .CSV file to a case, the file attaches as expected.

Issues Fixed: Filtering by Billing or Shipping Customer on All Cases/My Cases Results in Mismatched Data Display
Previously when a user filtered cases by Billing or Shipping Customer, the case list wouldn’t filter properly, displaying unrelated Shipping and Billing Customer information in those columns instead. Also, when a user clicked to view either the Billing or Shipping Customer filter column, the user would see Billing Customer information in the Shipping Customer column and vice versa.
These issues have been fixed, so when a user filters for either Billing or Shipping Customer, the columns will filter the case list, and data will populate as expected.
Issue Fixed: Unexpected Issue When Filtering the Watching Tab
When a service provider, or broker, filtered the Watching tab using the Customer, Billing Customer, or Shipping Customer columns, they received an error message on the Cases page saying “No options for this field.”
This issue has been fixed, and users will be able to filter the Watching tab as expected.
Issue Fixed: Unable to Save Changes to the Extended Attributes Section of the Edit Assets Page
Previously when a user attempted to save changes to the “In Service Date” field of the Extended Attributes section, found on the Edit Asset page, the date wouldn’t save properly.
This issue has been resolved, and users will be able to save changes as expected.
Issue Fixed: Unexpected Enabled Button on Mobile Inspections Page
When a technician completed an inspection on the Case mobile page, the “Complete Inspection” button displayed as enabled when it shouldn’t have. Namely, when the user had not set outcomes for required inspection items.
This issue has been corrected so that the button only displays as enabled when required inspection fields have an outcome.
