Improvements
Watching a Case
We previously had a Follow option for cases. You could click FOLLOW on a case, and you would receive notifications on it based on your notification preferences. It didn't matter if you reassigned the case to someone else, if you were following a case, you'd receive notifications on it.
With this release, we took that Follow functionality and improved on it to make the Watch option.
With the Watch option, you receive notifications on a case when you start watching it, but you also see all the cases your watching at once on a new Watching tab on the Cases page.
To start watching a case, click either the WATCH button (formerly FOLLOW) on a case or use the Watching/Not Watching dropdown at the top of the case page. The button available depends on the configurations set up by your admin.
