Reason for Repair for Operations
You can now set the Reason for Repair for an operation. You could always do it for a case, but now you can set it for each operation added to a case. This provides better transparency and understanding into what work was completed for a case and why.
You have two options for where you can set the Reason for Repair for an operation:
- On the Editing Operation page while you're editing details about the operation.
- On the Editing Case page where you manage all operations added to the case.
Both places include a Reason for Repair dropdown for you to select the reason.
The dropdown on the Editing Operation page provides a full list of all the Reasons for Repair allowed at your location.
The dropdown on the Editing Case page provides a small subset where you can apply it for multiple operations at a time.
