Design Updates
Last March, we posted a survey to see what you thought of the new look. Many of you responded, and it was a huge success.
We took the results of the survey and identified ways we can improve right away as well as took note of those we plan to research further.
Today, we made the following updates for those we could right away:
- Increased the font size
- Darkened the text and the side bars
- Added more contrast to the tables
- And reduced excess padding
We'll continue to keep you updated as we work through the rest of your feedback. And you can always let us know what you think via the Help page.

Uptime Center Improvements
For the Uptime Center, The statuses 9: SW update is now 18: SW update and 11: Parameter update is now 19: Parameter update
Corrected Defects
The New Provider Search screen was missing the star icons next to each provider in some browsers which allowed the user can click on mark certain providers as Favorites. These stars have been exposed in all browsers now.
