Whenever anyone assigns a case to you or sends you a note, you’ll receive a notification message. You can also receive messages when the status changes for a case, service request, estimate, and others depending on the settings you configure for your Notification Preferences on your User Profile.

To view your notification messages:
- Open your location from the Portal.
- From the menu bar at the top, click Messages.
- On the Messages page, you’ll see any messages sent directly to you.
To view messages sent to you based on your Notification Preferences:
- Click Show fleet messages.
To view the case related to the message:
- Click the individual message.
