From the Viewing Case page, you can attach files associated with the case. Any user with access to the case will be able to view and download the attachments.
To upload attachments to a case:
- Search for and select your case.
- From the top of the Viewing Case page, select the ATTACHMENTS radio button toward the top left of the page.
- Click CHOOSE FILE, and select the desired file from your computer.
- Add a description in the Description field.
- Click UPLOAD.
To upload additional attachments, repeat steps 2-4 for each new attachment.
Once uploaded, you can view or delete the attachment.
- To view the attachment, click on the file name and it will open.
- To delete the attachment, click DELETE in the ACTIONS column for the attachment.
- Click OK to delete the attachment.
