You can set up and edit the basic information on your User Profile page (name, phone, etc.).
To enter your user details:
- On the All Cases page, click Portal on the top right.
- On the My Locations page, click My Profile.
- The User Profile page contains basic user info as well as various notification settings.
- After entering your information in the fields on the User Profile page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.
Set Up Your Notifications
You can configure your profile settings to receive notifications for cases you're watching, specific updates to any case, and a variety of other scenarios that could happen in the system.
You can choose to receive notifications in three different ways for each of those scenarios:
- Email - sent to the email added to your profile
- SMS (Text) - sent to the mobile number added to your profile
- Dashboard - show up on your Messages page in the system
To configure your notification settings:
- From the top menu bar of the Portal, click My Profile.
- On the User Profile page, select the Notifications tab.
The tab displays a list of the scenarios in which you can receive notifications. - Select the checkbox for each type of notification you'd like to receive (Email, Sms, or Dashboard) for each scenario.
- Some scenarios require you to select it from a dropdown, click ADD, and then select your notifications.
- Some scenarios require you to select it from a dropdown, click ADD, and then select your notifications.
- If you want, you can scroll to the settings for Notification Channel Window and select specific hours in the day you do or do not want to receive those notifications.
- When you're done, scroll to the bottom and click on Save Changes.
You'll begin receiving notifications right away for any of the notifications you selected.
