When a user replies to telematics generated email notification, the reply will send an email notification to the first externally visible user at that service location. This change is for fault code notification email replies only and the reply will still be recorded in the case. If there is no externally visible user at that location then no email notification will be sent and the reply will just be recorded in the case
An additional functionality has been added to Kodo calendar. When a certain day reach the amount of appointments set in the floor capacity, the user won't be able to create a new appointment in the calendar.
When the user click in new appointment, and select the date, if the capacity is full, there is a message indicating that the capacity is full and the appointment can not be saved. If there is still availability, then the user is able to create the appointment.
In a multi-day appointment, only the first date or check-in is consider in the capacity count. Hence, the user will only be prevented from scheduling a new appointment if the first day is at full capacity.
