Introducing version 2.2 of our mobile app for fleet management.
You can now approve or decline an estimate total from the app. Go to the Estimate/Invoice tab of a case, and use the new APPROVE and DECLINE buttons at the bottom of the screen. Any decision you make will be automatically sent to the service provider.
Using your device settings, you can now enable push notifications. Get notified about upcoming appointments, scheduled maintenance, ETRs, or follow-up dates as well as case status changes, new notes, service request approvals, and high severity reports.
When viewing a list of cases or assets, you can now press and hold one of them to view quick actions like SEND NOTE or CREATE SERVICE REQUEST.
We also improved search, added an offline notification, and added a confirmation sound when submitting service requests.
