CREATE SERVICE REQUESTS
Instead of just viewing service requests, you can now create your own from the app. Tab the middle button on the nav bar, and you’ll be launched into a three-step wizard. Select the asset, enter a complaint, and find a service provider. Select the Uptime Center with a single tap. Need to edit your request before sending it? No problem. Easy as 1-2-3-Review.
LOG IN WITH YOUR FINGERPRINT or FACE ID
If you have a phone that lets you log in with fingerprint or face recognition, you can also log into our app with it. Log in with your password once, then use fingerprint or face recognition from there on out.
SEE WHEN CASES WERE CREATED
Tap a case number to open the Overview. From there, you'll see the time and date the case was created in addition to all the other details.
SEE MORE THAN JUST MAINTENANCE, WARRANTY, and CAMPAIGN STATUS
Tap an asset to see its maintenance, warranty, and campaign status, then tap a status to see the dates and other information related to that status.
SEE WHO ELSE RECEIVED A NOTE
If a note has more than one recipient, tap the link for “… more” to see a list of all the recipients.
