NEXT RELEASE CANDIDATES - CASE 7.282
Translations
We are completing development in this release to enable additional language translations from English to French Canadian and Mexican Spanish. Those translations are expected to appear in the Case 7.282 release, to include:
- Service Provider/Fleet, Editing/Viewing Case screen and Edit Asset screens: “Time in Service”, “Years” and “Months” in the left navigation bar
- Fleet/Customer, Viewing Case screen: approval statuses in Estimate Approval section
All Cases Quick Filters Enhancements
We will be providing the following enhancements to our recently released Quick Filters for the All Cases, My Cases and Watching Cases pages:
- In the filter drop-downs, add the ability to clear all Added Filters
- Show Added Filters in the order in which they are added by the user
COMING SOON - CASE
Bi-Directional Text Messaging (BDTM) and Mobile Communications
We are excited to be piloting our new features to support BDTM and mobile communications. We are working with our OEM partners and dealers they have selected to pilot these new features and get the kinks out, before releasing broadly to their entire dealer networks. These features will include:
- better ways to manage customer contacts, including mobile phone only contacts
- the ability for dealers and customers to reply to case notifications and notes via SMS text or a mobile user interface, as well as to send notes to a case
- the ability for dealers and customers to be able to see the current list of cases in the mobile user interface
- the ability for customers to approve estimates at the line item level via the mobile user interface

NEXT RELEASE CANDIDATES - SENTINEL 1.83
Now that our newest product, Sentinel, has matured and is being adopted by some dealers to support their leasing, contract maintenance and managed care operations, we will be posting release candidates in our Top-Liners going forward.
For the next release, we are working on enhanced sorting controls, improved asset management with advanced keyword filtering, and streamlined filtering for work-in-progress service events. This includes:
- New controls for sorting assets in the Asset's List dashboard based on a broader set of parameters, enabling you to organize your asset list according to your unique requirements

New Advanced Filters on the Assets page to:
- filter assets based on specific keywords found in the alerts' description
- filter assets with Work-In-Progress Service Events by Provider and City to quickly locate and address any pending service-related tasks
