DMS Integration - CDK Additional Charges Handling in the Calculate Charges Interface 

We resolved a scenario for service providers using CDK where additional charges were not updating the totals on the Case screen after pressing the Calculate Charges button and getting a success indication.  To see the updates reflected in the estimate, the user would have to manually refresh the screen.  We now automatically refresh the screen to reflect the updated charges in the estimate without a manual refresh by the user.

Translations - Extended Properties field names 

This release will have additional language translations from English to French Canadian and Mexican Spanish. We are working on providing translations for Extended Properties field names listed in the Extended Properties section on the Edit Asset page.

We are resolving a scenario for service providers using CDK where additional charges are not updating the totals on the Case screen after a successful Export to RO. To see the updates reflected in the estimate, the user has to manually refresh the screen.  We will be automatically refreshing the screen to reflect the updated charges in the estimate without a manual refresh by the user. 

All Cases/My Cases/Watching Pages - Unread Notes Icon

We are resolving a scenario where the Unread Notes icon displays in the Info column on the All Cases page, the My Cases page and the Watching page when a case is assigned to another user without a note.  This scenario will no longer display the Unread Notes icon on these pages, or the Unread Notes banner at the top of the Case page.

Estimates - Estimate .pdf updates

We are working on providing better readability when using the Estimate .pdf. This release will add totals for multiple parts and multiple additional charges, and add sections for each operation and the grand totals.
