Decisiv Support can be contacted from any screen by clicking Help on the top right of any page in the Portal. When Help is clicked from within a case, pertinent case info will also be sent with the request.
To contact help about the application:
- On any screen, click Help on the top right.
- On the Contact Support page, most of your contact info should be pre-populated based on your current location and existing user profile information. If it’s not, enter it here.
- Select the following from the dropdown menus:
- Product: The affected product, either application, database, or tools.
- Nature of problem: The reason for the request.
- Priority Rank: Low, Medium, High, or Immediate.
- Enter a Description for the request.
- Once completed, click SEND to send your problem, question, or request to Decisiv Support.
A member of the Decisiv support team will respond shortly after the help request is sent.`
