Reviewing and updating an asset's information before creating a case for it is essential to having an accurate case and avoiding delays in the repair process.
To review an asset and edit its information, click Search from the menu bar and search for the asset. When you see the asset in the results list, click Edit Asset under the ACTIONS column. This opens the Edit Asset screen for that asset.

The Edit Asset screen gives you a way to update:
- Unit numbers
- Telematic Devices
- Engine and Transmission information
- Body and Suspension Components
You can also:
- Attach documents to the asset
- Review the asset's repair history
When you're done, make sure to click SAVE ASSET at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
